One of the great pleasures in life is to travel. And one of those great pleasures is to travel in your own Recreation Vehicle with your own bed, bathroom, table, kitchen, and "stuff." To travel...near or far, for weeks or days, it fills the basic desire to explore. Photographs can capture the moment but it is in the words, the descriptions of those precious memories that you can memorialize your thoughts in a journal that will stay with you for the rest of your life. Write down those stories; recapture the experiences of your RV journey in your own words in "The RV Travel Journal."
The Fast Diet uses a variant of fasting for a period of two days a week. White not a true fast with no eating at all, on those two days women and men lower their calories to 500 and 600 respectively each day. It is up to each person to select the two days of the week they wish to fast. The other five days of the week you are allowed to eat just as you normally would. Keeping a food journal while on any diet can give you a better idea of your actual food intake. Journaling is even more important on this type of diet in order to greatly limit the calories taken in on the two fasting days.
